  Being such a quiet, lovely place but still so close to the Yumbo Center makes this a great hotel to pick if you want to relax during the day, but have the option to party at night without worrying how you will get home.

  I am not even sure I can find anything bad about my stay there. Andree was just a delight and I can really recommend Michael's massages. Visitors should just keep in mind that this is not a party hotel. It is more upscale than the competitors and at 38 I was one of the younger guests there. That however did not keep me and my new friends from raiding our (very reasonably priced) minibars and having a great time sitting and talking at the pool until the early morning hours.

  I was staying at the Birdcage for the first time and got the "Swan Cage" room. The whole complex is very clean and green and with only 9 rooms, my expectations of a quiet hotel were fully met. Lying at the heated pool with quiet music coming from the speakers, it does not take long until your body switches to vacation mode. I got to know a few other guests very well so I had the chance to peek into their rooms too and every room has been decorated with a different theme.

  Beautiful resort, quiet and peaceful, just what I wanted. Andree and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Food very good. Only two minor negative points, I would have preferred a full size ironing board rather than the "desktop" one provided and I could not get any English TV channels (however that was not a problem as there is free Wi-Fi and I had my tablet).

  Man kommt hier an und ist sofort zuhause! Sehr, sehr nett und familiär. Mit liebe zum Detail errichtete Anlage, tolle Suiten und Zimmer. Super nettes Team und sowas von Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück bis um 12 Uhr - wer will da noch in so ein Riesen Hotelkomplex. Wir kommen wieder !!! V&M

  Super friendly staff, the rooms and the resort itself are actually much better in person than in the photos shown on their website, we really enjoy our stay. I highly recommend for couples who want a peaceful stylish and quiet place to stay while just a short walk away from the fun madness.
